Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Volleyball Coach to join our full-time coaching team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing athletes, leading training sessions, supporting team performance, and contributing to the growth of volleyball programs across multiple levels. This role requires a strong understanding of the modern volleyball game, player development, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality volleyball training sessions.

• Coach athletes across different age groups and skill levels, including youth, recreational, semi-professional, and professional players.

• Teach volleyball fundamentals, advanced techniques, tactical systems, and game strategies.

• Analyze player and team performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Prepare teams for competitions, leagues, tournaments, and special events.

• Foster a positive, disciplined, and athlete-centered training environment.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and volleyball regulations.

• Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and stakeholders to support program development.

• Contribute to talent identification and athlete development pathways.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1–3 years of volleyball coaching experience (more experience is welcome).

• Strong understanding of the modern volleyball game, including current trends, systems, and tactical approaches.

• Solid knowledge of official FIVB rules and regulations.

• Previous experience coaching youth athletes.

• Ability to lead and motivate athletes from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Conversational English speaking ability.

• Passion for athlete development and growing the sport of volleyball.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience working in an international sports environment.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Coaching, or a related field from a recognized sports university.

• Relevant coaching certifications, including FIVB coaching certifications or equivalent qualifications.

• Experience working with high-performance, semi-professional, or professional volleyball programs.
