Be at least 15 minutes early to work
Staff must request leave of absence at least 1 week in advance if they will be off for 1 day and 2 weeks in advance if they will be off for 2 days
Always wear the club’s uniform and proper sports shoes during work
Display control, respect, dignity and professionalism to all involved with the sport - this includes opponents, coaches, officials, administrators, the media, parents and spectators.

Coaches can give high five to athletes as a form of celebration. No hugging or kissing are allowed
Some cultures refrain completely from physical contact so always be mindful and ask for permission

Always use self-demonstration and other forms like drawing or videos first to give instruction to athletes
If necessary, with permission of the athlete coaches can use the palm of their hand to correct their posture by touching the hand, arm or shoulder
Do not touch their private parts or any part below the waist
Do not give massage or physical therapy to athletes if you are not the club’s assigned physical therapist and are not given consent by players (if over +18yr) or their parents/guardians or athletes under 18yr of age. In case of a medical emergency, treatment may be rendered under supervision.
Refrain from any form of personal abuse towards your athletes or officials
This includes verbal, physical and emotional abuse like silent treatment
Be alert to any forms of abuse directed towards your athletes from other sources whilst they are in your care
Refrain from any form of harassment towards your athletes or officials.
This includes sexual and racial harassment, racial vilification and harassment on the grounds of disability
You should not only refrain from initiating a relationship with an athlete, but should also discourage any attempt by an athlete to initiate a sexual relationship with you, explaining the ethical basis of your refusal.
Respect the decisions of officials, coaches and administrators in the conduct of the sport.
Provide a safe environment for training and competition.
Ensure equipment and facilities meet safety standards.

Act with integrity and objectivity, and accept responsibility for your decisions and actions.
Conduct appropriate communication and media use
All communication between coaches and students must be done during the training and is not in a space where only you and the athlete are present
All communication outside of the academy must be done through the club’s hotline, email and social media.
Follow any extra communication protocol that the partner/client/school might have
Any direct communication with athletes due to special events must be informed to the club in advance and there must be at least one supervisor from the club present in the communication channel.
Do not disclose athletes and parents’ contact information, health information and performance records.
Do not follow or send friend requests to athletes on social media even if the athletes initiate it first.
Do not take photos and videos of students or with students and post them on social media. All media materials must be done officially through the Marketing Team.
Do not post negative, inappropriate or damaging content about parents, athletes, the club and their stakeholders.
Do not invite athletes to unsanctioned events
Any events not organized by VSSC or lacking proper authorization are considered unsanctioned.
Staff members cannot invite athletes to unsanctioned events
Staff members needs approval from the club and the parents for unsanctioned events
Do not promote or cross-sales
Staff are strictly prohibited from promoting, marketing, or cross-selling any unauthorized products, services, or personal business ventures to athletes. This includes, but is not limited to, offering private lessons, selling merchandise, or endorsing external programs not approved by the club.
Do not monetize through club’s branding
Staff must not use the club’s name, logo, reputation, or other branding elements for personal gain or profit.
Monetization through social media is prohibited.
Monetization through affiliation is prohibited.
Monetization with brand deals is prohibited.
All uses of the club’s brand must be authorized and solely for official, club approved purposes.
